The asparagus is emerging from winter’s rest already, and it looks to be a great season for all our crops in 2011.
We’ll be opening up at the Umpqua Valley Farmers Market on April 16th, 2011. It’s not too late to order special crops we can grow for you.
The 2011 season opens on April 16th, and runs every Saturday through the end of October, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. The market is located on Diamond Lake Blvd. in Roseburg, just east of the library, right behind Dutch Bros. Coffee. We’ll be on the row end, furthest away from Diamond Lake Blvd. If you can’t find us there, just ask for “Pepperman”. This is our sixth season at UVFM, thanks to great clients who keep us going. The market is growing, and we hope to have something for everyone there this year. If you or someone you know wants to become a vendor, just contact us – we’re on the market board.
